INTEGRATION WITH 2N PRODUCTS
2N IP intercoms are certified SIP devices for Zoom Phone, a cloud-based phone system by Zoom.
Zoom users can now use a single platform for video, voice, meetings and chat also for communication with visitors coming to the building. The combination of 2N intercoms and Zoom Phone enables users to accept audio and video calls from the entrance, forward the calls to the right people or control the doors remotely through their Zoom client. Calls from 2N intercoms are registered in call history or recorded for further verification. All 2N devices support multicast and secure SIP using TLS and SRTP.
Video calls are supported between 2N Intercoms (2N®IP Style, 2N® IP Verso, 2N® IP Solo, 2N® IP Force) and Zoom certified desk phones. Bidirectional video calls are available between the 2N® IP Style and selected Zoom certified desk phones.
Zoom now also provides assisted provisioning for supported 2N devices (2N®IP Style, 2N® IP Verso, 2N® IP Solo, 2N® IP Force), simplifying the process for adding 2N intercoms to the system.
